These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 999pub ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "Player," or "you") who accesses or uses the 999pub gaming platform operated at 999pub.cam. The Company operates under registration with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the duly authorised gaming regulatory body of the Republic of the Philippines.

By completing the account registration process on 999pub, by depositing funds, or by participating in any game or promotional activity offered through the platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and the Company and supersede all prior representations, discussions, or arrangements, whether written or oral.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form an integral part of your agreement with 999pub.

Access to and use of the 999pub platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a non-negotiable PAGCOR regulatory requirement applicable to all online gaming activities in the Philippines.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any third party.
• You do not hold any existing account on the 999pub platform under any name or identity.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the 999pub platform or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You are not employed by the Company, any game provider, or any entity with a direct business relationship with 999pub that would constitute a conflict of interest.

During registration, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and such other information as 999pub may require to comply with its Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering obligations. The Company reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 999pub platform. Maintaining multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 999pub login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. The Company is entitled to treat all actions performed using your login credentials as authorised by you.

You must notify 999pub immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. The Company will not be liable for any losses incurred prior to receipt of such notification where those losses result from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, identity fraud, technical abuse, violation of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction from PAGCOR.

999pub accepts deposits via the following payment channels, subject to availability and the applicable terms of each payment provider: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All funds deposited into your 999pub wallet must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own legal name. The use of payment accounts belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and referral to relevant financial authorities.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the 999pub cashier at the time of transaction. The Company does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method originally used for deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are specified in the cashier. 999pub targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for standard withdrawal requests, though actual receipt times may vary depending on the receiving payment provider.

999pub offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the promotion is made available.

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be assigned to any third party.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing in-progress wagering requirements will be honoured under the original terms.

The Company's determination of whether bonus abuse has occurred is final, and any resulting decision to forfeit bonuses or restrict accounts will be implemented accordingly.

All casino games offered on the 999pub platform — including slot games, live dealer games, bingo, and sports betting — are supplied by licensed and independently certified third-party providers. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

999pub is committed to fair gaming. All random number generator (RNG)-based games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games use physical equipment — real cards and real roulette wheels — operated by trained professional dealers. • Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or technical glitches to gain an advantage. Any winnings gained through exploitation of errors are not valid and will be forfeited.
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or using offensive language toward 999pub staff or other players on any platform channel.
• Attempting to access any part of the 999pub platform, servers, or systems beyond the publicly available interface.

Confirmed violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

999pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of its platform. We recognise that while most players engage in gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number may develop problematic gaming behaviours. The following tools and policies are in place to support player wellbeing:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, limits may not be increased for 24 hours to prevent impulsive decision-making.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session duration reminders and limits within their account dashboard.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999pub platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 999pub content without the prior written consent of the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 999pub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability which cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.

You may request closure of your 999pub account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable withdrawal processing times. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

999pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where the Company reasonably determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required to do so by regulatory directive, court order, or applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 999pub platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to seek resolution through 999pub's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team at [email protected]. The Company commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within two (2) business days and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

999pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Company will provide notice to registered players by email to their registered address, by in-platform notification upon next login, or by updating the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page — whichever is most appropriate given the nature of the change.

Your continued use of the 999pub platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11 above.
